This refined residential project in central Beirut was designed by in Caroline Ezzedine and fully executed by AI Interiors. From concept to completion, our team brought this home to life with precision, elegance, and full in-house capabilities.

AI Interiors was responsible for all contracting works, which included:

• Electrical and mechanical installations
• Gypsum board works
• Demolition and reconstruction
• Floor leveling and screeding
• Parquet and tiling installation
• Wall preparation and premium paint finishes
• Aluminum facades
• Wood works

Our technical office developed and delivered all required shop drawings, covering everything from the aluminum façades and custom windows to interior details, ensuring smooth coordination and flawless execution.

A standout feature of the home is the salon area, where a magnificent backlit marble wall and a sophisticated open fireplace serve as a sculptural divider between the two living spaces, blending warmth, functionality, and elegance.

Another standout feature is the girl's bedroom, which was custom-fabricated with both functionality and safety in mind. Our team designed and built the room with zero sharp edges, using smooth transitions and soft finishes throughout. The space also includes a play area above the bed, making it not just a place to sleep, but one to explore and enjoy safely.

Every piece of woodwork and stainless steel throughout the project was fabricated in-house at our own facilities, allowing us full control over the quality and fine details.
